A Viking's Dream ~ The Wired Viking

So we make some great jewelry, but occasionally even the best jewelry pieces may need to be repaired.  

Here's how you get that done:  

Warrranty information:

All the Viking Wire Knit is guaranteed against breakage.  If you break it, contact us we will repair or replace as necessary.  

All findings (clasps, cones, etc), crystals, stones, and other beads are guaranteed for one (1) year.  After that we will repair something comparable for the cost of the item.

For warranties on other items, contact us.

Repairs:

If we make it, we usually do something to repair it.  Most repairs that we see are broken crystals and clasps.  And here's the great thing about our repairs:  if breakage is from common wear, we will fix it for cost.  Generally it's going to be less than $5.  

If we didn't make it, there are a lot repairs we can perform; however, we are not silversmiths or goldsmiths, so there are some limitations.
